The villa is finished in a beige `capri` matt marble throughout the downstairs level and terraces leading into the first floor. The luxury villa and terraces have complementary touches of black marble where appropriate. The master bedroom furniture is finished in white with a stunning black and white marble ensuite with separate shower and bath. All four bedrooms sleep 8 people in comfort and have an en suite and their own balconies.

The marble extends into all the bedrooms with the master bedroom en suite consisting of a bath and separate shower having black and white marble finish. All bedrooms have en suite and their own balconies.

The kitchen has a white lacquered cuboid island that hosts the ceramic hob set in a white marble work surface with an integrated marble sink. The sleek unbroken lines of the kitchen are continued with the wall to ceiling units hiding all the appliances and are finished in a black lacquered wood finish.

The property has Sonos devices installed throughout the house. If you install the Sonos application on your mobile device, you can play your favorite music through the kitchen speaker, the sound bar in the living room, or through the speakers on the terrace. You can even make use of the portable speaker upstairs in the master bedroom - your favorite music anytime, anywhere!

Swimming Pool Dimensions: 15m x 8m x 1.65m APPROX.

  • A booking fee of 70 euros is applicable to all reservations

  • Certain properties require a security deposit, the amount of which will be confirmed on Booking
  • For cot rentals no bedding is provided - clients are expected to bring their child's own bedding for the duration of their stay at one of our villas. Bedding can be arranged at an additional fee.
  • Due to a new provincial law in the Balearic Islands, the Ecotax must be applied to all rentals starting from the 1st of July 2016. Therefore all bookings will have an extra ecotax charge of 2.20 euros per person per day applied to the total amount . This is a legal requirement as according to the new Balearic regional government and we are legally obliged to charge clients and pass the relevant amount on to the tax office in accordance with the law.
  • All cots and high chairs are charged at 50 euros per week per item, unless otherwise stated.
