Finca Santa Maria Near Palma is a relaxing country finca, set within beautiful surroundings, offering a warm, welcoming oasis for up to 10 guests.
It has five bedroom, four bathrooms, a fantastic swimming pool, picturesque gardens, and a great location on the outskirts of Santa Maria, walking distance from the local shops, bars and restaurants.
The finca, which is perfectly presented, has plenty of traditional features with rustic charm and includes a guest house, high wood beamed ceilings, bright rooms, fireplaces, and central heating, making it an ideal year-round holiday option for large families or groups.
Inside you will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a variety of seating areas including a cosy nook with its own fireplace, where you can curl up with a book. There is a kitchen with breakfast area, fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay, and a more formal dining area where you can enjoy an evening meal together.
The villa has 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This includes an independent guest house which could be used by those who want a little added privacy, and has its own living area, kitchenette, a fireplace and air conditioning.
Outside, the finca enjoys maximum privacy with tall mature trees surrounding the grounds, attractive native plants and palm trees adding a tropical feel. The finca has a barbecue area, lots of terraces where you can relax and dine alfresco, and a large swimming pool set within a neat lawned gardens.

Beautifull rustic villa, lots of space, large pool and excellent service from the property manager. Great location, peacefull and yet only 20 min. to central Palma and 30 min. to high end locations as Deia, Port de Soller and Valdemossa.
