Villa Margarita has 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, (1 exterior wc) and is located in the beautiful countryside of Santa Margarita which is just 20 minutes drive from the protected beaches of Son Serra de Marina and a 25 minute drive from the famous Rafa Nadal Tennis Sports Centre. This villa is perfect for families/groups looking to relax, enjoy nature but at the same time having the option to keep the kids/adults entertained. Both inside and out, the local owners’ keen eye for detail is much in evidence.

The neutral décor generates a light and airy ambiance and tasteful furnishings create a stylish but unfussy blend of contemporary and tradition. The ´Maresc´ stone, traditional arches and modern fabrics define its truly unique character.

Unquestionably the most captivating part of this home are the exteriors, they can only be described as spectacular. Boasting a larger than average saltwater swimming pool 12m x 5m, with metal steps, offering pool heating from September - April. Double chill-out beds with drapes for shade. A conveniently positioned jacuzzi & sauna adjacent to the pool. An external WC for convenience. A long drive, ample lawn space and various parking spaces. Entertainment for all the family consisting of; ping pong table, football goal posts, darts and billiard. 2 x BBQ´s (gas and charcoal, take your pick). External hi-fi systems to enjoy your favourite music which enhances the outdoor vibe whilst swimming, cooking, relaxing or playing.
