In Finca Serra Alta, close to the beautiful Majorcan town of Porreres and situated on a hill, you will enjoy a magical holiday.
You can feel the comfort and luxury up to your feet. The villa is equipped with all comforts that combine a modern and functional style with luxury. It also has its own floodlit tennis court.
The entire finca comprises three bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom in the main house, another living room in separate outbuildings, each of which is self-contained.
The beautiful designer kitchen and the spacious and bright living room for relaxing are a dream.
The finca (as well as the outbuilding) is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, so that this area can be used in all seasons.
The Finca has a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view over the island. Because of the special location of the Finca on a hill you are undisturbed and have a 360 degree view of the island. The beautiful specially designed garden invites you to go for a walk at any time. Also to the property of the Finca belongs a "wild garden", which is ideal for children to let off steam.
Of course there is a large infinity pool at the main house. Furthermore, there is the possibility to play a game of tennis undisturbed on the in-house tennis court. Also for tennis pros it is ideal to combine the holiday with a little training.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged
- gasoil central heating available on request between November - March @ 30 EUR extra per day
