The charming Villa is a spacious, 2-storey holiday home in Puerto Pollensa, only 150 metres from the gorgeous bay area and seafront.
On the ground floor you can find the living room with nice wooden carpentry and furniture which gives it a very comforting rustic look. Right next to this we have a very spacious kitchen that's perfect for cooking with family or friends. There is one bedroom with twin beds and easy access on the ground floor with its own spacious bathroom.
Moving up to the first floor we find 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a very nice and intimate roof terrace with a table and 2 hammocks.
Outside, there is a swimming pool area with a nice sunny terrace that has a lot of hammocks on one side of the house, on the other side you will find another sunny terrace that's ideal for barbecuing and dining alfresco. Please note that there is pool heating available upon request at an extra weekly cost.
Whether you want to chill out by yourself with your favourite music/book or be with the family, whether you are sun lover or shade seeker, this villa´s generous outdoor living space to meet all your needs and ensure you have a fantastic relaxing holiday.
Puerto Pollensa is a romantic harbour village resort situated in the north of the island at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. Many sandy beaches, the picturesque, historic towns Pollensa and Alcudia, the golf clubs of Pollensa and Aucanada and all kinds of outdoor sport opportunities are just a pleasant drive away. Palma and the international airport can be reached in about 40 min.

This lovely house was built in 1990 in a quaint, old style; embedded in fruit gardens of Huerta de la Font and marvelous views to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The stone walls of the house guarantee pleasant temperatures in summer and winter time. The main entrance on the left leads to the lounge area, on the right to the bedrooms. 3 cosy bedrooms with 2 beds each and bathrooms en-suite with toilets are located in the right wing of the house. Tasteful furniture and colour matching, Mallorcan curtains and plaids create a beautiful atmosphere. On the ground floor you can find a wonderful lounge and dining room, which has been designed on two floors. The kitchen is separated from this area by a stone-wall bar. From here you have access to the wonderful garden. In the light flooded lounge a glass door leads to the covered terrace, which invites you to stay the entire year and also to the pool, which is surrounded by grass and flowers. There are growing orange, lemon, grapefruit, almond, fig and carob trees on the field belonging to the estate. Most beautiful is the separate covered BBQ terrace with oven, grill, cooker, sink and cosy possibilities to sit down. *Please note: - for an additional charge of 250 EUR a safety fence and gate can be installed around this property`s swimming pool. In a very quiet situation, you find this little cozy house in La Huerta de La Font very close to Pollenca
3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa with Mountain View and a Private Heated Swimming Pool, Air Conditioning, WiFi, Table Tennis, Satellite TV, near Golf, Sleeps a maximum of 6 people. You enter the property through a gate into a rustic garden with extended lawns. You find a little barbecue house with an open terrace in front. Beside the villa, there is a 7 metre long pool with another terrace. The main-door leads to a pretty sitting-dining room with an open-fire place and to the kitchen which is surrounded by a pleasant bar. The three bedrooms (all twins together or separated, as you want) are on a small corridor with two bathrooms with shower and bath.
