There is something very special indeed about being able to float gently in your own private infinity pool or enjoying breath-taking views across the north Mallorcan countryside from the terrace.
Indeed this is what awaits you at Villa Merlin, a magnificent holiday property nestling in one of the island`s most verdant and beautiful locations.
Perched high up in the most elevated part of Crestatx, near Pollensa, Villa Merlin provides you with a superb opportunity to enjoy a luxurious holiday in the sun.
Sleeping up to eight people in most comfortable surroundings, Villa Merlin is a true retreat away from the cares of the world.
And it`s a `villa` in the true sense of the word: its mock-classical columns and terracotta roof acting as a reminder of a more distant past.
It really doesn`t get much better than this. The stunning infinity pool (heated and with stepped access) is surrounded by pine trees and the roof terrace offers the most gorgeous panoramic views.
It`s the perfect place for a pleasant dip anytime of day. Or simply relax with a good book on one of the luxury loungers or cosy sofas positioned on the spacious poolside terrace.
If the sun is a little too strong, you also have the option of cooling off on the lovely, covered terrace.

Die Villa ist einfach phantastisch was die Lage und die Ausstattung betrifft. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch waren zu Beginn jedoch einige Dinge nicht in Ordnung. So funktionierte die Klingel am Tor nicht, ein Fön war zerstört und die Gasflasche für dsee more
Die Villa ist einfach phantastisch was die Lage und die Ausstattung betrifft. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch waren zu Beginn jedoch einige Dinge nicht in Ordnung. So funktionierte die Klingel am Tor nicht, ein Fön war zerstört und die Gasflasche für den Grill am Pool war leer. Dies wurde jedoch zügig von der Hausverwaltung in Ordnung gebracht. Deshalb kein Abzug bei der Bewertung. Jedoch waren auch die Bodenbretter der Schränke unter den Waschbecken durch Feuchtigkeit und Putzmittel so angegriffen, dass man sich nicht traute, dort etwas abzustellen. Hierzu teilte die Hausverwaltung mit, dass das Problem dem Eigentümer bekannt ist, jedoch bis jetzt noch kein Austausch in Auftrag gegeben worden sei. Dies sollt m.E. jedoch schnellstens erfolgen. Auch die durch Unwetter ausgelöste Störung des Internetzugangs wurde promt behoben. Insgesamt gesehen kann man diese Villa wirklich empfehlen und darauf hinweisen, dass bei Problemen die Hausverwaltung stets zur Stelle ist. Wir würden jederzeit diese Villa wieder mieten.
