Villa Maronja, with its 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodates 8 guests; it has been newly renovated and lovingly refurbished with modern fixtures, fittings and luxury furnishings, complimented by rustic accents such as exposed stone interior walls. The villa is located in an exclusive and quiet area with fabulous mountain views, just a short walk from the centre of town and an easy 10 minute drive to the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.
On the ground floor is a sleek, ultra-modern fitted kitchen with top of the range appliances for your convenience including ovens, hob, microwave, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, there is also an island with breakfast bar where you can chat with company while preparing a meal and delightful double aspect views of the gardens as well as a spacious dining area with large, round table and chairs seating 8. The bright living area has been tastefully decorated, containing a flat screen internet and Sky tv where you can watch an evening movie on the comfortable sofa or relax with friends and family while enjoying the beautiful terrace views through impressive floor to ceiling glass doors. From the living room you can reach the first en-suite bedroom, crisply presented, it has the good fortune of possessing its very own patio access through stylish glass doors.
Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms all finished to an excellent standard with ample storage and built in wardrobes, 2 of the bedrooms feature Juliette balconies, allowing you to fully appreciate the countryside and mountain views beyond, whilst 1 even has a lavish, freestanding bathtub!
There are several outdoor terraces with tables and plenty of seating for alfresco dining, an attractive private pool for cooling dips or fun splashing around with the kids, the sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing or drying off after being in the pool and there are opulent double daybeds from where you can chill out in the landscaped garden and maximise your enjoyments of Mallorca’s climate, in addition there is a soft play area with children’s Wendy house for entertaining the little ones. Please note that the pool can also be gated on request.

We were 4 adults and 4 children from age 5 months to 5yrs and it was perfectly set up for us. Loads of children’s toys, there was even a bouncy chair! Little shallow bit of the pool was a nice touch too. Very quiet and private but only a few mins walk into beautiful Pollensa old town. The service provided by Iris and her BV team was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Iris greeted us on arrival and was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We will definitely book with balearic villas again - fantastic!

The only slight inconvenience was having to walk to the bins to take the rubbish - but it seems this is something everyone has to do. We will probably hire a car next time!

The villa is a stones throw away from the old town of Pollença, where you can find numerous lovely shops and restaurants. The villa itself has everything you could need and is thoughtfully laid out. We stayed here with my 20 month old neice and she wsee more

The beach is only a few minutes away by car. Can Eloi is a small farmhouse, surrounded by large cornfields and approx. 10 years ago an important enlargement was made. From the entrance, to the right, you get into a cosy lounge. The decoration realised is Majorcan style. A passage leads from here into a comfortable smaller room, very suitable to relax. From the entrance as well as from the living room you reach a large dining-room which looks like a knight s hall. It continues to the left hand-side into a large living kitchen, whose bricked shelves are equipped with very beautiful plates and ceramics. Further, on the ground floor, there is a pretty double bedroom with a bathroom (bath, bidet, WC). The first floor covers 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds each. One bedroom with a 160 cm French bed. Two bathrooms with bath in the corridor are for these 3 bedrooms. Back downstairs, there are several doors leading outside to the wonderful garden with old trees, multi-coloured flowers and large lawns. The swimming pool between the lawns has got 10m x 6m. In front, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a big wooden-table and a removable barbecue, inviting to very comfortable evenings. In front of the kitchen under an age-old, enormous tree there is another possibility for breakfast, lunch or dinner on a large table with basket-chairs.
