Llenaire Seven is a fantastic family holiday villa just a short walk from the beach and amenities in Puerto Pollensa, north Mallorca.
This bright and airy villa is just what you want for your holiday in Mallorca; come in through the front door into the hall and you can either head upstairs to the bedrooms or straight through to the open plan living area which incorporates a large lounge with a comfy settee and arm chair, there`s a flatscreen TV with Apple TV too.
Adjacent you`ll find the contemporary dining area with a large table for 6, and then the compact yet comprehensive kitchen which includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and backs on to the utility room.
This open plan space opens up onto a covered terrace outdoors with outdoor dining furniture for 6, and plenty of shade for when you need to give your tan a break! Head down the steps to the garden and you won`t be disappointed - there`s plenty of lawn for kids to play on and even a goal for lawn games or waterpolo in the swimming pool.
Further down the garden is a paved area with a table tennis table - plenty of choice for competitive guests.
Llenaire Seven`s bedrooms comprise of two twin suites (two single beds) sharing a family bathroom with a combined tub and shower, and the master bedroom with a large double bed and en suite bathroom. Both the master suite and one of the twin bedrooms share a large balcony with outdoor lounge furniture, and enjoy sea views down to the Bay of Pollensa.
The villa is located in a tranquil residential area just a couple of hundred metres from the Mediterranean, and a short walk will take you two the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, where you`ll also finds a good choice of local shops and restaurants, as well as a few favourites from home.
Swimming Pool Dimensions: 9m x 5m x 1.7m APPROX.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

Some facts beforehand, we were 5 adults and 2 kids (2 and 3) and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The house was had a perfect size for us, it was very clean and we had a welcoming basket on arrival which was special. Pool is clean and was cleaned once durisee more

The house was had a perfect size for us, it was very clean and we had a welcoming basket on arrival which was special. Pool is clean and was cleaned once during our one week stay. There are some toys for kids to play with in the pool and outside. Beach is within 10minutes walking distance, you do have a sea view from the house though, but proper sandy beach starts at 10min away. Small SPAR supermarket is around 10-15min away, bigger one (Eroski) is around 20-25min away, best to take a cab from there which costs around 8€. Overall it was a great stay, we enjoyed the house a lot and can only recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful house. Clean rooms, Nice decorations, good beds. Perfect pool and garden. We enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately no big pans to cook with for 6 persons but balaeric villa’s could offer a temporary solution as we couldn’t eat in asee more

Lovely villa - just like in the photos. Spotlessly clean, large rooms, great pool and garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Great chill out on the terrace, welcome pack and lovely sandy beaches about 10 mins walk away, although the main port is around 30 see more

This is a very lovely villa - large rooms, spotlessly clean, fabulous pool and gardens - just like in the pictures plus a great lounging area on the terrace. Very quiet neighbourhood about 10 mins walk from the nearest sandy beasee more Lovely Property
This is a very lovely villa - large rooms, spotlessly clean, fabulous pool and gardens - just like in the pictures plus a great lounging area on the terrace. Very quiet neighbourhood about 10 mins walk from the nearest sandy beach, bar & small supermarket. The sandy beach is lovely with warm sea, good snorkelling, beach bars etc. It's a 30 min flat walk to the main port area, but it's a really easy and safe bike ride if you hire bikes. The property would benefit from air-con downstairs in summer months, but that really was the only criticism. Would happily book this again - really lovely place. |
