Luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with mountain views and a private swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, near golf, sleeps a maximum of 6 peopleFrom the moment you first turn off the old country road Pollensa–Alcudia into the private single track lane and drive up the hill through the ancient cultivated olive- and almond groves, you sense the feeling, you are at the beginning of a memorable holiday – in Finca Gabino. This magnificent hilltop property commands the most wonderful far reaching views down the valley and to the sea.
Entering via a solid door you will find the hallway opening with a large sitting-dining room and a fireplace. The modern kitchen with dining area has got access to the furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. One twin bedroom with full en-suite bath/shower room has exit to the garden. There is another bathroom with shower/WC.
Upstairs there are two more beautiful twin-bedrooms and one double-bedroom and one single bedroom. They share two comfortable bathrooms (bath/shower, WC). The spectacular swimming pool (8m long) has got a furnished sun terrace with pergola. There are many quiet areas to sit and relax under the shade of the ancient olive trees with unforgettable sea views.
*Please note:
- for an additional charge of 250 EUR a safety fence and gate can be installed around this property`s swimming pool.
- the pool can be heated in this property for an additional 300 EUR a week.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
