Finca Playa Llenaire is a country property that oozes style and luxury. This sensational property is located between the charming, historic town Pollensa and the golden beaches in the bay of Pollensa. It has an accommodation capacity for 8 people, and a lot of care and attention to detail has been taken to make sure that this contemporary rural retreat is also extremely child-welcoming.
The open-plan layout on the ground floor of the villa is spacious and comfortable, this level opens out directly to the terraces which enjoy lovely views over the countryside and mountains and are perfect spots for family breakfasts or al fresco dining. The villa’s interior tastefully combines traditional and contemporary styles throughout, and ensures maximum comfort. Two double bedrooms are to be found on the ground floor with two more upstairs. All the bedrooms are generously sized and the 4 bathrooms are luxuriously appointed. The master suite on the first floor has a dressing-room and enjoys the benefit of a private terrace with stunning views. The basement houses an enormous children’s games room filled with an amazing range of toys, games and equipment for all ages. Plus a gym and shower room.
Special features of this fabulous villa in Puerto Pollensa include: air conditioning units throughout the villa, extensive open and covered terraces, BBQ area, child-gates at all stairways, free broadband WiFi. The large pool has been designed considering child safety and therefore is completely fenced-in with integrated steps; the pool depth varies from 1.2m to 1.7m.
The gardens are laden with island flora; they are beautifully laid-out and cared for. The villa is embedded in extensive lawn areas, lined by lavender, olive trees and local shrubs. Blooming terracotta pots are scattered all around the terraces and the grounds. This spectacular property is set in several acres of undulating countryside, ensuring privacy and blissful tranquillity.
Finca Playa Llenaire offers privacy and peace, yet it is only a few minutes by car away from the restaurants and boutiques in Pollensa town and lively Puerto Pollensa. Sports lovers will be pleased as numerous activities are on offer here in the north. The sandy beaches in Puerto Pollensa or in the delightful resort of Cala San Vicente are only a few car minutes away. The bay of Pollensa is a paradise for fans of water sports: Sailing, kite- and windsurfing, diving, sea kayaking and boat hire are all available. Horse-riding is another favourite pastime around Pollensa, cyclists and hikers can set off into the mountains whilst golf enthusiasts can keep in shape on Pollensa’s 9-hole course, or take a ten minute dive over to the famous Alcanada Golf Course.

We booked Llenaire for one week ( not long enough !) for 8 adults and three children - it is a beautiful villa ( and we were looked after by the fabulous 39 degrees north team !) and had a wonderful time - absolutely everything there you could want -see more

The beach is only a few minutes away by car. Can Eloi is a small farmhouse, surrounded by large cornfields and approx. 10 years ago an important enlargement was made. From the entrance, to the right, you get into a cosy lounge. The decoration realised is Majorcan style. A passage leads from here into a comfortable smaller room, very suitable to relax. From the entrance as well as from the living room you reach a large dining-room which looks like a knight s hall. It continues to the left hand-side into a large living kitchen, whose bricked shelves are equipped with very beautiful plates and ceramics. Further, on the ground floor, there is a pretty double bedroom with a bathroom (bath, bidet, WC). The first floor covers 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds each. One bedroom with a 160 cm French bed. Two bathrooms with bath in the corridor are for these 3 bedrooms. Back downstairs, there are several doors leading outside to the wonderful garden with old trees, multi-coloured flowers and large lawns. The swimming pool between the lawns has got 10m x 6m. In front, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a big wooden-table and a removable barbecue, inviting to very comfortable evenings. In front of the kitchen under an age-old, enormous tree there is another possibility for breakfast, lunch or dinner on a large table with basket-chairs. Can Eloi is ideally for families with children and young people. The property is very roomy and suitable for everyone. *Please note: - for an additional charge of 250 EUR a safety fence and gate can be installed around this property`s swimming pool.
