Families are also invited to vacation here and use the well-maintained area for extended stays under the Mediterranean sky, thanks to the 11-meter-long pool, wide staircase, and toddler area. In addition to providing incredibly airy, naturally shaded areas, the exquisitely planted grounds also entice you to enjoy evening cookouts with friends thanks to a brick barbecue. You may choose between a dining table and a cozy lounge on the covered terrace right next to the house. From here, you can take in the garden's view and the kitchen's close proximity.

The ground floor of the house has a lovely atmosphere with traditional Mallorcan features like wooden furniture, exposed beam ceilings, and natural stone elements. You can unwind on the sofa and in the armchair in the living area at any time of day thanks to the wood-burning stove and large flat-screen TV. From this area, there's an open corridor that leads to the dining area and the kitchen, which are next to each other and have everything you need for self-catering days. Two well-furnished double bedrooms offer a cozy space for unwinding on holiday evenings. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath and either a single bed or a double bed. An additional wellness moment is offered by the hydromassage bathtub in the eco-friendly bathroom. In summary, this is a fantastic four-bedroom home in a prime seaside location.
