Casa Liebre is pretty easy to describe in just one word: “magnificent”.
Built high into the hillside overlooking the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the gorgeous Tramuntana Mountains, the views from this exceptional holiday villa are surely amongst the finest in the whole of Mallorca.
If you want live in luxury “like the folks on the hill” as part of your Mallorcan holiday, Casa Liebre is waiting for you.
First of all the architecture.
The design features of this extraordinary villa are all about cool, clean lines and light, bright, airy comfort. The property stands out head and shoulders above anything locally. Imaginatively constructed using top quality materials, even the smallest details are carefully considered here. First of all, the huge windows are made from high tech Pilkington glass which excludes 98% of UV rays.
And then there’s the big-name designer touches promising luxury and not a little privilege. A few examples: the kitchen is designed by Bulthaup, the appliances by Gaggenau. The washing machine and separate tumble dryer by Miele. Sanitary ware comes courtesy of Villeroy & Bosch. The taps are from Grohe. This is designer heaven!
Everything is delightfully proportioned in a terrace-like structure at Casa Liebre. Starting from the lower level is your own private infinity pool featuring a swim counter-current jet. It’s almost like you are taking a dip in a beautiful pool high up in the mountains.
The pool (approx. 8m x 4m) is surrounded by exquisite wooden decking with plenty of sunbeds for relaxing on after a refreshing swim. The surrounding rock garden compliments the elegant surroundings perfectly.
The ground floor is a dream. All open-plan with large windows allowing in the soft Mediterranean light. The gleaming white kitchen, in addition to the latest designer appliances, features a lovely breakfast bar where you can start the day in style.
The dining area and lounge are spacious and stylish. Beautiful bespoke contemporary furniture, and views to die for. There’s a large flat-screen TV and a WiFi connection to enable you to keep in touch with family, friends and business colleagues.
Two of the bedrooms are arranged as twins, there is a double bedroom and, of course, the amazing master suite with a double aspect balcony giving you an 180 deg. vista overlooking the mountains and the coast. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms also enjoy access to balconies.
A rather unique touch here is the fact that exquisitely furnished terraces and balconies run right along Casa Liebre from end to end. A chill-out area and solarium add to the property’s appeal.
An entrancing glass-sided staircase leads you upstairs as well as down to a lower pool deck. On the upper floor lie the four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, walk-in showers, generous wardrobe space and electric blackout curtains.

- this property is not particularly child friendly and the owners wish to stress that parents and guardians need to be extra vigilant of children under the age of 8 so that they do not hurt themselves. The owners are not liable for any accidents that happen due to client negligence.

Nothing really except that the front gate was very hard to open. There were a couple of old face masks stuck on bushes or on rocks by the pool that should really have been cleaned up.

The beach is only a few minutes away by car. Can Eloi is a small farmhouse, surrounded by large cornfields and approx. 10 years ago an important enlargement was made. From the entrance, to the right, you get into a cosy lounge. The decoration realised is Majorcan style. A passage leads from here into a comfortable smaller room, very suitable to relax. From the entrance as well as from the living room you reach a large dining-room which looks like a knight s hall. It continues to the left hand-side into a large living kitchen, whose bricked shelves are equipped with very beautiful plates and ceramics. Further, on the ground floor, there is a pretty double bedroom with a bathroom (bath, bidet, WC). The first floor covers 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds each. One bedroom with a 160 cm French bed. Two bathrooms with bath in the corridor are for these 3 bedrooms. Back downstairs, there are several doors leading outside to the wonderful garden with old trees, multi-coloured flowers and large lawns. The swimming pool between the lawns has got 10m x 6m. In front, there is a beautiful covered terrace with a big wooden-table and a removable barbecue, inviting to very comfortable evenings. In front of the kitchen under an age-old, enormous tree there is another possibility for breakfast, lunch or dinner on a large table with basket-chairs. Can Eloi is ideally for families with children and young people. The property is very roomy and suitable for everyone. *Please note: - for an additional charge of 250 EUR a safety fence and gate can be installed around this property`s swimming pool. In front you see the large pool over 12 m long surrounded by a terrace and lawns. The entrance of the villa leads to the kitchen and to a very large sitting-dining room, which walls are made of rustic stones that create a charming, tipical mallorcan ambience. Upstairs you find 4 large bedrooms, 3 twins and 1 double.
