This was an excellent villa, very well appointed, immaculate throughout, great sized rooms, lovely bathrooms, extremely spacious with a beautiful pool !! It suited our family party perfectly & I am talking about an age range from 16 to 85 !! Only abosee more
This was an excellent villa, very well appointed, immaculate throughout, great sized rooms, lovely bathrooms, extremely spacious with a beautiful pool !! It suited our family party perfectly & I am talking about an age range from 16 to 85 !! Only about a 20 minute walk to the main resort & only about 5 minutes to the local shops & a couple of bars. Puerta Pollensa is a superb resort with very few if any 'football shirts' walking about , which makes a very pleasant change from some of the resorts we have visited over the years !! There is an excellent choice of restaurants & pubs in the resort & a very well stocked local supermarket at the roundabout on the outskirts of the town & really only about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa. I would strongly recommend this property.

The biggest room in the house is the sitting room (to the left) and the living room. The windows give a view of the terrace, garden and the pool outside. Next to the living room with a special glas table, a door leads to the kitchen, a very nice furnished with another door that leads to the outside, where some fruit trees are. Going back to the corridor near the entrance, you will reach 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main bedroom is really a big space with access to the garden. The spacious bathroom is equiped with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom has a very nice shower and is in double bed. There are also 2 other double bedrooms that share 1 big batroom with shower and bath. The fifth bedroom is at another level, you can reach it usind a nice stair cming from the terrace near the pool. This bedrooms is also double with a nice shower / toilet room. The terrace outside is all covered, with confortable furniture. Table tennis is also at the villa. The villa has air conditioning and heating in all the rooms, and also sitting area. A big swimming pool, Internet access and satelite tv. Very quiet situation at 100m from the quiet Llenaire beach.
