Can Tramuntana is a beautiful luxury villa commanding stunning views over the Vall de Campanet in northern Mallorca.

Built using local materials and with a meticulous eye for detail, Can Tramuntana is the perfect villa for those looking to get away from it all and relax in dreamy tranquillity in the Mediterranean island's rolling countryside.

As you follow the winding mountain road up to the villa, you`ll be greeted by its imposing facade. There's parking space for multiple cars at the end of the drive.

Step through Can Tramuntana's front door and you'll be amazed by the bright and airy atmosphere, the white washed decor tied together with traditional Mallorcan wooden touches providing a natural coolness to the country villa.

As you come in there is the spacious lounge to your right; lots of large windows allow plenty of natural light in to the room, and the plush sofas are gathered around a typical Mallorcan wood burning stove making it just the place to cosy up in the evening or during a winter break!

Straight ahead from the front door you'll find the dining room which is home to an enormous dining table and matching benches - there's plenty of room for a banquet! Through the door to your left is Can Tramuntana's kitchen, which is more than adequately equipped for any culinary endeavours you might undertake whilst in Mallorca. There's also a more modest-sized dining table and even a settee to relax on whilst the chef is busy.

Head upstairs and from the landing you can choose any of the three large double bedrooms on this floor - the master suite has a grand fireplace and lounge furniture, breathtaking views and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this floor each have en suite bathrooms and desks should any business follow you overseas.

Head downstairs from the ground floor and you'll stumble upon Can Tramuntana's second lounge which is where you`ll also find the TV (with satellite channels). From here you can access the remaining two bedrooms; both have double beds and en suite bathrooms. From the tv room you also have access to the lower terrace bordering the house and access to the pool are below.

If the interior hasn't convinced you yet, Can Tramuntana's gardens are a real slice of paradise! A stone staircase leads down from the villa to the large swimming pool - comfy sun beds, parasols and a day bed accompany the bright blue pool, and the adjacent lawn is perfect for kid's to play on whilst you work on your tan.

Can Tramuntana's gardens have been carefully landscaped to look the part alongside the mountainous terrain of the Serra de Tramuntana, and the results are simply stunning!

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a non smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, and must be confined to the terraces or pool area. We have to insist that at no time should you forget that you are in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana which is a World Heritage Site and protected area. Fires are easily started if you fail to take necessary precautions, and due to the climate they spread extremely quickly, damaging property, wildlife and even taking lives. We ask you to kindly have this in mind at all times.

- this property is not suitable for any children under the age of 8, due to high terrace walls over looking the pool and gardens.
