This outstanding country home was totally refurbished in the year 2009, and is set in an idyllic and slightly elevated location in the Vall de March in a very quiet area approx. 10 minutes by car away from Pollensa village. The approx. 265 m2 of living area are set on a plot of approx. 27.000 m2.

The interior is very spacious and open plan, with beamed ceilings and crisp clean lines and tasteful design. This property offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - of which two are en suite. There is a widespread living area that opens onto the garden, an open plan dining area and a luxurious fitted kitchen.

The outside area of this lovely country house is well maintained and offers a shaped pool (12 x 4.8 m) with pool lighting, surrounded by lawns and fully enclosed gardens with mature trees.
