5 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Villa with a Private Swimming Pool , Air Conditioning, WiFi, Satellite TV, Sleeps a maximum of 10 peopleCan Bandera is a beautiful stone finca with a bright, contemporary interior; located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, it provides guests with lots of peace and privacy close to both the town and the sandy beaches, and is ideal for large families or groups of friends.
The villa is surrounded by attractive gardens and inside the main house you will find five double bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this includes the wonderful master suite which has its own bathroom, dressing room and office where you can catch up with work should you need to. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for your stay, a dining room, and two bright living rooms which offer plenty of comfortable sofa seating, a flat screen television and a cosy fireplace.
The outside space is idyllic with landscaped gardens, mature native plants and trees, a covered barbecue area where you can relax and dine alfresco, a 10 x 4m swimming pool with sunbathing area, and there is even a bathroom with dressing room beside the pool for your convenience.
In addition there is a garage with parking for three cars, a laundry room, air-conditioning, heating, Satellite television and Wifi.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
