Boquer Deluxe is a holiday villa in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca with a private swimming pool
Luxury 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom villa with sea view and a private swimming pool , air conditioning, Wi-Fi, table tennis, near Golf, sleeps a maximum of 7 peopleBreathtaking, individual modernist villa providing light, spacious and versatile accommodation set in an outstanding location area enjoying spectacular 180 degree sea views.
On the first floor there is an entrance hall with an interior courtyard and four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms which all have great views and have been furnished with simple yet elegant furniture and comfortable beds. Upstairs there is a bright living room and access to a covered terrace with amazing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa. There is also a dining room which leads into a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and a guest bathroom.
The villa is surrounded by well kept, Mediterranean gardens. Outside there is a huge 12x5m swimming pool and a balcony great for al fresco dining in the evening or sun soaking in the afternoon. If you prefer the sea over the properties huge swimming pool the beach is only 450m away!
The villa`s next door neighbour was designed by the same architect and can considered it`s smaller, sister property.
Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
