Villa La Tierra is the epitome of luxury. A secluded private estate in the countryside surrounding the main city of Palma.
It’s an absolutely stunning 6-bedroom luxury mansion featuring a delightful blend of traditional Mallorcan stone and terracotta tiles with ultra-modern minimalist chic.

Sleeping up to 12 people in luxurious comfort, the Villa La Tierra private estate features extensive grounds, a lush lawn and huge swimming pool which is illuminated at night.
The interior of Villa La Tierra is lovely. Cool, clean and super sleek yet so easy on the eye, this fabulous holiday home promises you a vacation you’ll remember forever.

White walls are much in evidence here, as is dazzling white designer furniture; the wood laminate floor and chic charcoal furnishings making a nice contrast.

Walk into the spacious living/dining area and you’ll find cosy sofas to sink into, bright room-sized windows, a traditional fireplace, sleek, contemporary dining furniture and a huge, wall-mounted satellite TV.

The kitchen area is naturally state-of-the-art. Fully-equipped with all the latest appliances, there is also a dining area in which to enjoy a family meal.

Villa La Tierra has a total of 6 bedrooms, many of them en suite and featuring flat-screen TVs.

All the bedrooms are light, bright and airy and some lead out to the fabulous large balcony with great views of the Mallorcan countryside and Mediterranean Sea. (Altogether there are a total of 6 double beds plus 1 bunk bed, sleeping up to 12 guests.)

Several of the en suite bathrooms feature elegant jacuzzi-style baths with wonderful views of the countryside. Just perfect for a long hot soak after a day exploring this lovely Mediterranean island.

One aspect of Villa La Tierra that is really special is the variety of living spacious scattered around the mansion. The gorgeous terraces perfect for sunny breakfasts, balconies with great views overlook the pool and gardens; all fitted out rather beautifully.

What’s more there is air conditioning throughout the property, as well as central heating. So whatever the weather, you’re sorted!

The exterior of Villa La Tierra is just as amazing. There is a superb large private swimming pool - great for a fresh morning swim or just cooling off from the hot Mallorcan sun. The extensive dark wood decking surrounding the pool only adds to the feeling of luxury.

You’ll find plenty of sun loungers and parasols too, so you can laze in the sun without a care in the world.

There is plenty of outdoor furniture enabling you to enjoy an al fresco meal or a fun evening barbecue.

The nearest beach is Playa de Palma which is exactly 10km away from the villa, and offers plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and activities to keep you sunned, sanded and satisfied throughout your holiday.

And the large, lovely, lush lawn is just great for the kids to play on.

All in all, Villa La Tierra is a superb luxurious hideaway nestling in the Mallorcan countryside, yet not far from the golden beaches of southern Mallorca. We strongly recommend early booking!
