Villa Views Port Andratx is a perfectly located holiday accommodation for up to 7 guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms; The rooms are distributed across 2 floors and its convenient position by the coast offers magnificent sea views, with the nearest beach within walking distance.

This villa has a welcoming atmosphere and everything necessary to fulfil your holiday wishes. It provides one of the finest views possible, overlooking the charming bay of Puerto Andratx, and its location ensures there´s lots to see including the marina with its many yachts and working fishing boats returning from their daily catch.

On the ground floor you will find an attractive entrance hall with a guest toilet and 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom which has terrace access, there is a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a dishwasher so you don´t need to wash up during your holiday and the kitchen also has plenty of island seating, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. There is separate dining area with lots more seating and a spacious living area where you will find a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV where you can curl up and watch a movie.
From the living area you can access the terrace which provides an ideal entertainment space with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, the highlight is the partially covered swimming pool where you can cool-off in style, surrounded by views of the harbour and mountains.

The first floor is home to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), 2 of the bedrooms enjoy outdoor access and the shared bathroom has a luxurious sunken bathtub.
The upper terrace is sizable with plenty of sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas and even more incredible views.
