Extraordinary mansion situated in the North of the island of Mallorca, between Alcudia and Pollensa bays, in a quiet residential area and just few metres away to two of the most beautiful white-sand and crystal-clear water beaches overlooking the bay of Alcudia.
This property consists of a distinctly furnished and fully equipped main house and different outbuildings. This property can accommodate 20 guests, distributed between the main house and the service area.

With a great extension of private land and surrounded by stunning gardens and lawns, this is the ideal setting to enjoy a fantastic holiday with friends and/or family. It has extraordinary terraces distributed in different areas, an outdoor dining area at the same level of the main house and another covered outdoor dining area with barbecue by the large saltwater swimming pool and jacuzzi. All with highly comfortable furniture, umbrellas and awnings.

The contemporary style of the interior design of the main house has been carefully chosen creating an atmosphere of great comfort and tranquillity. High quality materials have been used to dress all the spaces, with stone pavement for the day zone and the warmth of the oak flooring for the night zone, all combined with light colours and bespoke furniture for the different spaces.
All bedrooms, in line with the rest of the house decoration, have spacious and modern en-suite bathrooms. The attic of the first floor could be ideal as a play area for the youngest. The master bedroom deserves a special mention because, in addition of its own living room, a dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, has the first floor private terrace with overlooking views to the sea and Formentor.
This property is definitively one of the most spectacular that you will ever find on the island, which without a doubt will let you enjoy an unforgettable holiday with friends and/or family.

Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged
Notes on services:
Maid’s services: 6 days a week / 7 hours
Tasks to be done by the maid: cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and general cleaning of the house.
Extra hours can be provided at the rate of 22 EUR/ hour.
Additional maid service can be organized knowing it in advance with a cost of 150 EUR / day.
Bed Linen and bath and pool towels are changed weekly.
Excluded are: Chef service, Food and beverages, Extra-staff service, Concierge, Airport
transfers, private laundry any other services not mentioned above.
