This luxurious and stylish three storey villa is set in the exclusive and much sought-after area of Alcanada, Alcudia. Also, one of Europe's finest golf course is on your doorstep.
The unique property is located only 200 metres away from the beach and offers the most incredible sea views. The modern building consists of large, bright spaces, modern décor, and top-quality furniture with all the extras imaginable in a holiday home.
With one master double bedroom (en suite), one twin room (en suite), and three twin rooms - the villa provides stylish accommodation for large parties to stay here. The living room and kitchen are on the street level while the bedrooms, except one bedroom and shower room, are on the next floor down.
The large, elegantly styled living/dining room is bathed in natural light and leads onto a modern fully equipped kitchen making family meals a pleasure to prepare. Furthermore, the stunning terraces provide the ideal setting for alfresco dining whilst taking in the gorgeous views of the sea. The barbecue area and table tennis table are to the front of the property, not on the sea view side.
The lovely outdoor pool and terraced area is the ideal spot to sunbathe and relax in privacy.
Besides the outdoor pool with sun terrace, there is also an indoor heated pool and a Jacuzzi style pool if you want a break from the summer sun. This incredible villa also has a private gym for your use during your stay here.
As well as all the benefits the house itself has to offer, the location means you are a short walk from some outstanding restaurants and bars so you can dine out and walk home at your leisure.
