This incredible Mansion is one of the finest residences in the North of Mallorca and is located in a peaceful, elevated area, offering magnificent views of the sea, and easy access to the nearby historic towns and beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa.
The three-storey villa offers unparalleled facilities making it ideal for large groups. It includes beautifully landscaped gardens, a swimming pool, a Spa with an indoor swimming pool, a lily pond, a Helipad, and parking for up to 16 vehicles.
Huge stone columns adorn the entrance, and once inside you will be amazed by the minimalist elegant interiors and décor. There is a grand entrance hall, a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and entertainment space. A spacious dining room with a long wooden table is the ideal place for more formal meals together, and wonderful views offer a perfect romantic backdrop.
The lower level is home to a wellness center which comes complete with a 12m long heated * indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a Hydromassage shower, a gym, a professional massage area, and a Turkish bath.
Each of the floors are connected by a lift which offers easy access to the living areas, 5 double bedrooms, and a Master suite.
All the bedrooms benefit from en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms, while the master suite has 2 dressing rooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub offering views of the bay), as well as a private living area. There is also a fully equipped staff kitchen with integrated appliances for those who wish to prepare their own meals or want to recreate one of their favorite holiday dishes.
Guests can also enjoy a library, a study with impressive views, and a TV room, all of which are perfect for year-round entertainment.
Outside you will find landscaped gardens that create an idyllic oasis, and numerous terraces around the property where you can dine alfresco, entertain friends, and enjoy sunsets. There is also a large swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a barbecue, a tennis court for sports lovers, and a private helipad.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit of 10% of the booking value will also be required
