It offers a total of four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, relaxing reception rooms, Wi-Fi, and a home office with a computer and printer, ideal for today´s international business travelers.
The finca boasts more than 3 acres of well-maintained gardens adorned with two water features and private seating areas, and at the garden´s highest point is a Mirador that offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside and distant mountain ranges.
Guest accommodation includes four charming bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite shower or bath.
Bedroom 1: Positioned on the ground floor, offers direct access to the front terraces, providing picturesque views of the beautiful countryside. It features fully fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and a luxurious double-feature bed. The bathroom is complete with a spacious walk-in shower and bath.
Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, at the front of the house, offers breathtaking views of the Mallorcan countryside and has a 'sleigh bed', fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and a bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and bath.
Bedroom 3: This master bedroom has a spacious balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Additionally, it is equipped with air conditioning, a gas fireplace, a dressing room, and a generously sized bathroom complete with a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 4: situated at the rear of the house, boasts a luxurious bed, a bathroom with a shower, fitted wardrobes, and garden views. This bedroom does not have air conditioning.
The villa has a large fully equipped concept kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances such as an electric hob and cooker, microwave oven, Nespresso Coffee machine, larder fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. It is furnished with all the necessary items to cater to your needs and those of your fellow guests. The tableware is of exquisite quality, featuring Villeroy and Boch brands, along with matching cutlery, glassware, and linens.
The adjoining utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, providing sufficient room for drying various items and fulfilling other domestic needs.
