The extremely spacious, three storey house is bursting with typical Mallorcan features which have been lovingly restored to create a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary design, maximising comfort, and convenience for guests.
On the ground floor you will find a welcoming entrance hall with a pantry under the stairs, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, a separate dining room and a cosy living room with plenty of sofa seating and a flat screen tv.
The first floor is home to three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub), and a relaxing reading room.
The second floor has an impressive master suite with its own bathroom including double sinks and a unique double shower.
Outside there is a fabulous courtyard garden with a chill out area, a dining table, stairs which leads to a raised terrace (also accessible from one of the bedrooms), and a luxurious private pool with fountain feature, perfect for cooling off during the warmer months.
In addition, the garden area has a guest toilet, a laundry room and a garage which can store several bicycles securely. The house also has heating and air-conditioning which makes it ideal for year round holiday rentals.
