Situated on the outskirts of Consell, just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, shops, and bars, Can Muntanya 30 offers the convenience of a townhouse combined with the peace and quiet of a rural villa.
In 2021, the property was remodeled in the same architectural style as the rest of our homes. The exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams are remnants of the original Mallorcan architecture. Modern touches include large windows overlooking the approximately 1000m2 of land with a swimming pool, barbecue, and fruit trees, as well as exclusive design elements.
With four double rooms and a bathroom in each, Can Muntanya 30 can host up to eight people. All of the rooms have views of the garden as well.

The house has a lovely outdoor garden with a covered terrace that is ideal for entertaining and dining al fresco. A cool 8 x 4 m pool is also available for fun and relaxation; it's the perfect way to beat the summer heat.
This amazing property is easily accessible from Palma in just 15 minutes and welcomes guests of all ages. For added convenience and peace of mind, think about renting a car, which can be safely parked at the property and even has an electric car charging station.
