Dieses schöne, steinerne Stadthaus ist nur zwei Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt und liegt dennoch ruhig in einer traditionellen Straße. Es bietet komfortables, abgeschiedenes, elegantes Wohnen mit authentischem mallorquinischem Flair im Zentrum der Altstadt.
Vom Entspannen im steinernen Pool im Innenhof bis hin zum Genießen auf der atemberaubenden Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach, während Schwalben vor der spektakulären Bergkulisse ein Ballett in der Luft aufführen, bietet dieses reizvolle Haus eine Vielzahl von unterschiedlichen und fesselnden Stimmungen.
Treten Sie von der Straße aus in die kühle Halle, und zwei Stufen führen hinauf zu einem offenen Wohn- und Essbereich. Vier Glastüren, die sich vollständig öffnen lassen, bieten einen nahtlosen Zugang zum steinernen Innenhof mit seinem Pool (3 m x 3 m mit einer Tiefe von 1,35 m) und machen das Ganze zu einem wunderschönen privaten Lebensraum im Freien. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich außerdem eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss.
Im Obergeschoss, das sich über zwei weitere Etagen erstreckt, befinden sich drei große und großzügig eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Super-King-Bett und einem eigenen Bad. Eines hat Zugang zu einem eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof, und ein anderes hat einen eigenen Fernseher. In der obersten Etage befindet sich ein zweites, kleineres Wohnzimmer, das Zugang zu einem Balkon mit Garten hat. Tisch und Stühle laden zu einem Drink oder einem Kartenspiel inmitten der Blumen ein, und man hat einen schönen Blick auf den berühmten Puig von Pollensa.
Steigen Sie vom obersten Wohnzimmer weiter hinauf zur sonnigen Dachterrasse und genießen Sie einen atemberaubenden 360-Grad-Blick über die Terrakotta-Dächer der Altstadt bis hin zum umliegenden Tramuntana-Gebirge.
Diese wunderschöne Immobilie verfügt über Geschwindigkeiten von über 300 Mbit/s im gesamten Haus von Glasfaser zu Glasfaser-Internet, mehrere Router und einen einzigen Anschluss, einschließlich der Dachterrassen, was das Streamen von Filmen und das Arbeiten per Fernzugriff ermöglicht. Es gibt Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, eine Öl-Zentralheizung im ganzen Haus und Holzöfen in beiden Wohnzimmern für den Winter, und die Smart-TVs haben einen zusätzlichen Satellitenanschluss (englische und deutsche terrestrische Kanäle).
Das Essen im Innenhof ist eine attraktive Option, muss aber gegen den Ruf der zahlreichen fabelhaften Restaurants in der Altstadt, gleich um die Ecke, abgewogen werden.
Die Lage dieses Hauses, nur wenige Gehminuten von Pollensas zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars entfernt, bietet Paaren, die zusammen Urlaub machen, wertvolle Unabhängigkeit und Flexibilität und bedeutet, dass sie sich nie abwechseln müssen, um am Ende des Abends nach Hause zu fahren.
Die schönen Strände von Puerto Pollensa und Cala San Vicente sind jeweils nur 5 Autominuten entfernt, ebenso wie die fabelhaften Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Radfahren in der atemberaubenden Serra de Tramuntana, die so schön ist, dass sie zum Weltkulturerbe erklärt wurde.

- PARKEN: Verfügbar auf der Straße und auf einem großen Parkplatz, der 5 Gehminuten vom Mallorca One entfernt ist (das Parken ist kostenlos).
- Aufgrund der steilen Treppen ist das Haus für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Gäste mit Mobilitätsproblemen nicht zu empfehlen.

We loved this house. Quirky but luxurious with crisp cotton sheets, huge beds and funky bathrooms. We went walking most days in winter sunshine and enjoyed the log fires and super fast WiFi on the one day it rained. The old town is beautiful and so qmehr anzeigen
We loved this house. Quirky but luxurious with crisp cotton sheets, huge beds and funky bathrooms. We went walking most days in winter sunshine and enjoyed the log fires and super fast WiFi on the one day it rained. The old town is beautiful and so quiet. Strolling round the corner to the bars and cafes of the main square was great in the evening. The owners provided detailed information on spectacular walks that were easy to follow. The house makes a perfect base for two (or 3) couples sharing a holiday because the layout on different floors offers privacy as well as great shared spaces, and its central location in a beautiful town let us pop out for coffee or a wander independently when we wanted to. We’re going to come back in spring when the cycle hire shops re-open to try cycling in Mallorca.

Loved the feel of the large first floor bedroom with its grand bathroom, huge glass panel and double bath with a view. One of the other bathrooms, on the top floor, has a stunning stained glass ceiling and windows and the top floor bedroom is in keepmehr anzeigen

One of the other bathrooms, on the top floor, has a stunning stained glass ceiling and windows and the top floor bedroom is in keeping and even has its own second sitting room and balcony. Great roof terrace with views over the clay roof tops to the Puig. We spent most evenings up here high above the town drinking Cava and watching the sunsets before walking out to dinner in Pollensa town. It’s wonderful being literally minutes away from the restaurants as its usually me that has to drive. Very helpful suggestions book … would never have thought of that fantastic E-bike route . What a day. Looking forward to returning to do more of the original ideas.

Spent a few sunny days in beautiful old Pollença for the January Epiphany festival of the 3 Kings. Fabulous and scrupulously clean property, 2 minutes stroll from the cafes and restaurants of the main square. We loved the roof terrace at sundown witmehr anzeigen
Spent a few sunny days in beautiful old Pollença for the January Epiphany festival of the 3 Kings. Fabulous and scrupulously clean property, 2 minutes stroll from the cafes and restaurants of the main square. We loved the roof terrace at sundown with its massive sunbed. Each bedroom has it's own character, I liked the top floor best with its Art Deco stained glass en suite. All the beds in the property are Superking size and super comfy too and the linen is really good quality. Kitchen is well equipped - we even hosted a supper party for some friends who happened to be in Mallorca for New Year. We went on lots of stunning walks, some straight from the house, in the Serra de Tremuntana mountains but I think it would be ideal for cyclists too. The Wifi is very fast and works on all floors, even on the roof, and there is Smart TV.

Beautiful walk from Orient through Olive trees and then climbed up to the Monastery overlooking the plains of Mallorca . Made it a circular walk via a Restaurant surrounded by sheep . Bizarre eating roast lamb with the tinkle of bells outside. We only saw the beaches from the mountain tops. Great views. Picnics while walking but breakfast sitting out in the sun ( needed a jumper and coat ) in local café in Plaza Major 1 to 2 mins from the house. All felt very Spanish with very few tourists. House was lovely with 2 roaring wood burners . We used the second floor sitting room the most. Large pile of old dry wood provided that would last a winter. Bit of a pain carrying wood up the stairs as we went through a lot during our stay . Some stunning clear blue days ,we read and then nodded off in the afternoon sun on the third floor roof terrace lying on the massive bed like thing. Great views over Pollensa’s clay tile roof tops to the mountains beyond and the overlooking Puig

A wonderful place to stay in pollenca. V quiet, no street noise, yet a couple of minutes from some lovely boutique shops and breakfast. Plenty of places to eat in the evening that we were spoilt for choice. I loved the convenient location and the houmehr anzeigen

I loved the convenient location and the house was equipped to a very high standard, clean, comfortable, stylish and full of character. One of the things I particularly enjoyed was the terrace overlooking the rooftops, private but with a spectacular view. I will definitely be making a repeat booking very soon.

This impeccably kept home made a wonderful winter getaway. It was a minute or so stroll to the main square of historic Pollensa, with boutique shops, cafes and restaurants as well as the beautiful town church. Despite being so central it was quiet and peaceful within the property, only hearing the occasional chime of the church bells. Every room was exceptionally clean and rich with character. We particularly enjoyed the living room on the third floor, with a wood burning stove and comfy armchairs, it was a great place to read, work and play board games around the fire. We also loved the bed on the roof terrace which we took blankets up to in the evening and watched the sunset over the mountains. The view from there was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the January weather – a coat was needed but it was warm in the sun and still lovely to eat outside. We had some great walks in and around the surrounding hills with views over the town, followed by hot chocolate in the square. This was a magical stay in a very special place to which we would love to return.

This is a truly stunning house and an ideal location in the centre of the beautiful old town of Pollensa. Laid out over 5 floors each with it's own terrace or balcony and each room is decorated to the highest standard with exceptional individual features and modern facilities. Sipping an evening cocktail on the roof terrace, with views over the whole town while watching the sun setting over the hill was a real highlight. We walked at dawn to the convent on the hill, went to the beach by bus and explored the enchanting old town's shops, bars and tavernas and ate on a different terrace on a different floor of the house each meal. It was such a wonderful place to be that we stayed in more than we imagined we would and just enjoyed all the amazing facilities on offer. Really really recommend this house - would love to return.

The house is in a brilliant location, right in the centre of pollenca but somehow felt very private. Easy access to beaches on local trains and a we enjoyed early morning walks to the top of a nearby hill. Could not recommend this house more and definitely would love to return!!

The decor is wonderful and the house has clearly been restored with panache and care. In addition the house is well equipped and we had everything we needed. We used every outdoor space at different stages of the day and each has it's own charm; we particularly loved the roof terrace for early evening drinks, card-games and taking in the beautiful views and changing sky. Location wise we loved the fact that we could wander into town (and yet it was SO quiet in our little street) to the fabulous bars, restaurants and shops or hop on. a bus (so easy and cheap) to the beach or walk up to the old convent. We had a truly perfect holiday here and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein wunderschönes Wohn- und Esszimmer, das auf zwei Etagen angelegt wurde. Die Küche ist von diesem Bereich durch eine Steinwandbar getrennt. Von hier aus haben Sie Zugang zu dem wunderschönen Garten. Im lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer führt eine Glastür auf die überdachte Terrasse, die das ganze Jahr über zum Verweilen einlädt und auch zum Pool, der von Gras und Blumen umgeben ist. Auf dem zum Anwesen gehörenden Feld wachsen Orangen-, Zitronen-, Grapefruit-, Mandel-, Feigen- und Johannisbrotbäume.
